For coworking and flexible workspace operators

Let people book your desks, offices and rooms from a live floor plan.

DevonDesk puts an interactive map of your space on your own website. Customers see what’s free, pick their spot and pay — at your prices, in your brand, straight into your Stripe account.

14 days free. No card needed to start.

How it works

Taking bookings in an afternoon

No developer needed. If you can edit your website, you can add a booking page.

  1. Step 1: Draw your floor plan

Drag desks, offices and meeting rooms into place. Add a floor for each level of your building.

  2. Step 2: Set your prices and memberships

Choose which booking lengths you offer, what each costs, and what members pay.

  3. Step 3: Paste one line on your website

Add the snippet to any page, or link to your hosted booking page. Bookings start coming in.

What you get

Built for the way coworking spaces actually sell

Day passes, hourly meeting rooms, monthly offices and members who pay less — all from one floor plan.

  • Drag-and-drop floor plans

Lay out every desk and room as it really is, across as many floors as your building has. Customers pick the exact spot they want.

  • Your space types, your booking lengths

Hot desks, fixed desks, offices, meeting rooms — name them your way. Offer hourly, half day, day, week or month, and switch off the ones you don’t.

  • Pricing that fits how you sell

Set a price for each space type and length. Give each membership plan its own prices or a blanket discount, and cap hourly bookings at the day rate.

  • Membership plans

Free or paid, monthly or yearly. Approve members by hand if you prefer, and keep certain space types for members only.

  • Paid straight to you

Customers pay by card into your own Stripe account through Stripe Connect. Or take payment on arrival — your call.

  • Looks like your website

Use your brand colours, fonts and layout. Contrast is corrected automatically, so text stays readable whatever colour you choose.

  • One snippet, or a hosted page

Embed the booking widget with a single line of code, or send people to a booking page we host for you.

  • No double bookings

A space is held while someone pays, so two people can never book the same desk for the same time.

A seat is one unit of capacity you have on sale: a hot desk is one seat, a private office for four is four. Card fees are charged by Stripe on your own account.

Questions operators ask

Do payments go through you?

No. Card payments go straight to your own Stripe account via Stripe Connect, and Stripe pays out to you as normal. We never hold your customers’ money. You can also let people pay on arrival instead.

Can I use it without a website?

Yes. Every workspace gets a hosted booking page you can link to from social media, email or a QR code on the door.

What counts as a seat?

Seats are the total capacity of the spaces you have on sale. A hot desk is one seat; a private office for four is four seats; a meeting room counts its capacity too.

Can I change plan later?

Yes, at any time from your dashboard. If you add more spaces than your plan covers, move up a tier; if you shrink, move down.

What happens when the free trial ends?

You have 14 days to set everything up and take real bookings. Choose a plan before the trial ends to keep your booking page live — nothing is charged until you do.
